Simple, do not vote for them or that party. Public has the right to vote & has the right to express their views & shouild be using their Rights. . !

There should be some criteria on which the tickets much be issued. N this must include to check the candidate's criminial record and addition to it the system of minimal qualification should be added to it.

It can either be done by proper legislation (difficult to implement) or by creating awareness amongst masses not to cast a vote against such personnel ( fifficult again - but possible !)

We cannot. Because crime is the easiest and short cut for the success for many. And with some money and influence, a criminal have confidence that he/she can find out loop hole in our system and can easily escape. So re-structuring our law and order, changing attitude to the crim and implementing strict punishments may help to eradicate this evil from our society and nation.

Laws are there in this respect. But criminals are very clever and find out loop holes to their advantages. These loop holes are required to be plugged.

There should be some rules and laws where candidate's who are having criminal background should not be issued tickets. & the party who will issue tickets to them, election commitee shud put banned on that party for some period. & this can be of great help to stop criminals to enter in politics. Also, it is the responsibility of voters to check whether the person who they are vote is reliable or he is involved in any crime.
