Well jaha tak meri bat hai maine aab tak usse yeh nahi kaha lakin wo samjh gaya sacche pyar ke liye yeh kehna jarrori nahi samjh lete hai apne aap samne wala lakin kabhi kabhi kehna jarrori ho jata

Try saying \"I Love You\" by looking straight into his/her eyes. Thats even more difficult than just saying it here and there, before or after marriage. But once you have said it, eye to eye, there is no greater feeling of affection that you will get.
