Q.
The non-submission of the controversial Finance Ministry note on 2G spectrum allocation, that has created ripples within UPA II, on Tuesday triggered a stormy session at the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) with the members resenting the non-availability of the note in spite of its Chairman seeking it.- Why public money is flushed through the drains by the JPC and the JAC with out any conviction by the UPA Government ?
