In a fresh twist to the 2G spectrum allocation controversy, the Congress party on Wednesday released a letter written by Public Accounts Committee Chairman Murli Manohar Joshi in December 2007, when he was heading the Standing Committee on Commerce, in which he seemed to have opposed auction of spectrum- Why the Congress seek solace with these ?
