Q.

When you are naturally a hard worker and work hard and also achieve results more than desired at times, still people don't seem to take notice of the fact how hard you have worked nor the fact that you have met with success. why? Are all my colleagues such devious? after all hard work has no substitute?

Mr. Shanmugam seem to be right. It would never pay to be seem to be working too hard. Your talent muskt appear to flow naturally with an ease that makes people to take you for a genius rather than a workaolic. Even when something demands a lto of sweat, make it look effortless. People prefer not to see your blood and toil which is another form of ostentationl Look at James Bond, he does everything but comes out still wearing his tuxedo intact and all his hair in place. Be a james Bond. It is better for them to marvel at how gracefully you have achieved your accomplishment than to wounder why it took so much work. For people, most of the works others are asked to do appear an easy task.

Real work is work that is enjoyed ! It is not usually felt as HARD !
Yes, that brings immense results. But there, we r not very much bothered about the results. Work itself fulfills us. The moment u become more interested in result, ur quality of work suffers and consequently ur fulfillment in work and finally the result. Dont bother about others. That only distracts u ! U cant correct others!
