Usually I keep to myself. Because, if I carry the sad mood/ sorrow amidst others, there is every possibility I would get easily irritated or others would also get into that mood - spoiling their own spirits.
I come out of this temporary phase by
Listening to some peppy songs of Kishore Kumar
Some instrumental classical tunes - both Carnatic and Hindustani. Particularly flute recital of Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia.
Play with kids

Of course, I have a few hands to wipe my tears out, when in sad or sorrow and the same folks lend me their shoulders to lean, when I feel like resting myself, because they do care me more than themselves...they are my God-given friends...!
