Subhash Chandra of Zee. Obviously, if he did not start ICL, BCCI and Lalith Modi could not have started IPL. ICL actually prompted BCCI to start IPL. So, the single man who caused such a huge change is Subhash Chandra.

ofcourse shane warne. he has proved himself both as a coach as well as captain 2 prove dat cricket australia has done great mistake by not chosing him for captaincy.
