Emotions are feelings ,Men is a social animal and emotions make them more humane, and distinguish them from animals, meditation or deep breathing is best way to control emotions, Avoiding excess of emotions is possible that way, But emotionless person is no good than an animal

Every one will get emotions. When you are affected by emotions if you wish that not to overcome you cose your eyes and be quiet, or drink a glass of water or go for a walk.
