Yes u r 100% wright , its a open war against the union of india and this can be stopped by the police force if the state provide them proper training, equipments and no political interference. U might be heard that during 1975 Late sidharth Shanker Ray almost eliminated them from there roots, similarly in vijaywada(AP) but because of power brokers like surjeet and sitaram they again started dancing. mamta is also having softcorner now what the police will do? its not the matter of external security so handing over the issue to army will not be wise decision.

I dunno comrade, this is IF the Maoists are wrecking havoc all over India. Over this train accident tragedy which was blamed on Maoists, the ONLY link we could find between Maoists and the train accident was the fact that the incident happened when Maoists called a bandh and some propaganda material had been found on the crash site...by our police, not even by railways personnel or by our on site investigators.
The railways didn't even mention the Maoists on their FIR.
A few months back, the govt was accusing Maoists of attacking schools. But the govt conveniently forgets 2 tell us that those schools have been converted into paramilitary camps and as CRPF logistics points. Then obviously, they will get attacked. When military activity is coordinated in a civilian centre, that civilian centre automatically becomes a military target. Even ex IAS, and ex govt on fact finding missions reported that schools that had no CRPF movement or presence attracted no attacks whatsoever.
