The President of India is the Supreme Commander of the Indian Armed Forces and the Indian Naval Forces (Commander-in-Chief).
Air Chief Marshal is the head of Indian Air Forces. But, the President of India serves as the ex-officio Commander-in-Chief of the IAF.

If U put them jointly than their Supreme Commander is Ptresident of India
Seperately - General (army); air Marshal (air-force); Marshel of the Fleet (Navy)
