For more than a century some of the biggest minds in science have debated whether brain size has anything to do with intelligence. A new study suggests it does.

Bigger brains make for smarter people, says Michael McDaniel, an industrial and organizational psychologist at Virginia Commonwealth University.

"For all age and sex groups, it is now very clear that brain volume and intelligence are related," McDaniel said.

No. It does not associate with size of brain. Even a very small bird is also highly intelligent.

While people with higher IQs don't have larger brains, information learned is stored in waves or creases of the brain. That's why images of brains look wrinkly, instead of growing larger like a plant or you from infant to adult size, your brain can create more creases in which your memories and vocabulary and all other things you learn are stored..

Irrespective of the size of the brain, they exercise their brain much better than others. This helps them to be intelligent.
