Amidst d row in US over outsourcing, a study has said dat big corporates like Essar, HCL, Tata, Mahindra and Wipro have generated over 30K jobs for Americans in recent years. In Job street:
Tata Group along employs 19K Americans
Essar -7K, Jet Airways - 120, Satyam - 5K, HCL - 3K Americans & so on. But if our students go 4 der education 2 abroad & want 2 work 4 experience,V r not employed Y?M speaking 4rm personal experience.Wen students wan 2 study abroad so dat dey will get a gud job&experience,I always discourage dem 2 go abroad&study as V r nt reqd. Ur views ?

Though many qualified Indians continue to migrate, there are enough qualified people in India, which leads to a high level of entrepreneurship and availability of managerial talent. Industry and service sectors show high growth rates, benefiting the outsourcing industry, serving both domestic and international demand. High value-adding, intellectual work starts to come to India. Indian outsourcing companies dominate the global competitive scenario as access to capital becomes easier. Indian companies acquire or build international capacity aggressively. India's outsourcing industry diversifies its markets by serving other industrialized countries suffering from worsening demographics as well as domestic demand from Indian companies. The share of the United States in total outsourcing to India gradually falls.

Even with a short stint of the US exposure students get lot of confidence. If they manage to get job their even for a short time that expecience counts a lot in India, besides the amount they earn their within 5 years is more than what they will earn in their lifetime working in India
