I am totally against varities and recipies of food. That damages my natural taste. What about you ?

If anyone eats raw food, it will be healthy and powerful to the body. You are correct that varieties and recipes food do damages to the body. I am preferably raw food lover and simple vegetarian

I never eat before feeling hungry.
therefore i know the taste of a food and don't need varities.
but how varities damage your natural taste could not understand?

Life is an experiment, so is culinary Journey. Dont embark on it with all windows of your cabin closed, you will miss out the wonderful scenery..
