In India I find NDTV the most unbiassed News Channel which is not sensational and reports on happenings matter of factly.

Of the international channels I would vote for BBC.When England attacked some Islands inSouthAmerica over which Argentina had a legitimate claim it was BBC which has unbiased reports about Mrs.Thatcher's action. For this it was even branded as unpatriotic at the time but it held its own

Not a single. Every channel have their own financier and political god fathers. The the apparent difference in so called neutrality is in blatant or covert campaign for their political friends or masters.
