Ah! At last a question from a person who has an enviable knowledge of indian classical music which I can attempt to answer. Nowadays, I find it extremely difficult to go to sleep within an hour of going to bed. Ah If I start hearing Ustad Rashid Khan...May be his rendering of Miyan ki Malhar.... I may drift to sleep after about 40 minutes or so.
