No because Rape has nothing to do with having sex with a woman but everything to do with being a violent and dangerous act of overpowering a woman and often resulting in serious injury or murder.
The advantage of legalising brothels would be to remove women from the street and to ensure that they have regular health checks so that they do not continue to work if they are HIV Positive and spread AIDS to all their clients.

No. By legalising a vice you became the tools to that vice. In kerala the percapita consumption of alcohol is an amazing Rs 6000 an year, more than the amount required to feed a poor for the whole year.By legalizing prohibition every states are making the poorer more poor, for it is thay who are more affected by the liquor consumption. same will occur if you legalize prostitution. Men will go to the prostitutes with their money and women will became prostitutes to earn money.

No, rape is in the mind first, rapist does not see who he rapes, they want revenge, domination or some sort of control, hatred for women ,its not just lust they are after,a rapist can have many reasons for doing this.

It is stupidity........this will spoil youth......if prostitution is legalised, the more youth will get attracted to premarital affairs in the name of " love" and extramarital affairs in the name of " dissatisfaction from the spouse"
