Rajarhat is still developing. And to be frank it is developing fast. Presently it lacks infrastructure. But things will surely change soon. So, if you are planning long time investment Rajarhat realty is a good option. But if you want to buy an apartment to relocate presently it is the worst place.

Rajarhat will take long time to develop especially due to political issues. I dont find any reason to invest in there. It is better to invest in properties that are inside the town and are by good realtors like Merlin, Eden, NK or Rajat realty.

I think EM Bypass apartments, or real estate projects near Garia metro and New Garia are much better options. Rajarhat will surely take long time to come into the main stream. You can get more return if you invest in good quality EM Bypass apartments like Eden Pearls, Eden Lavender, or Ganguly groups projects.

Rajarhat is the future of Kolkata. It is definitely a right decision to invest in apartment. Right now they are relatively cheaper too. You can expect significant return in the near future.

Surely, Rajarhat is the right place to invest; but presently it is not suitable for living. You can rather choose apartments near EM Bypass. They are good from every point of view. You can find projects of reputed realtors like Eden, GM group etc. at Bypass.
