2G telecom scandal started by pramod Mahajan of NDA and followed by other ministers. He gave the proper road map for looting. If anyone folowes his methods cannot be arrested as it is a clear policy for looting .but later ministers have changed the policy instead giving licenses to others and getting bribe from them,they decided to get licenses for themselves . Hence BJP cannot call themselves as holy cow. Ultimate comedy is tata, amabani is still not charge sheeted , CBI charge sheeting the employees of Tata and Ambani and keeping them in prison.- Is this against legal principles? ?

Yes its true..Pramod mahajan started it.......& the lobby set by Neera Raida....everybody blames the govt but in my views Neera Radia plays a big role in 2G scam....

If there is some loopholes in the system that should be plugged in by new govt . But instead of plugging in they started finding easier methods to make money . Regarding Tata and Ambani let there be those authority who really did the crime as per the legal requirement .
