In USA they do not have the system of PM, president is the supreme elected directly be americans, he wields tremendous power, but he is restrained by the senate, only president is answerable to the senate/parliment. U.S.A. does not have ministers like in our country, they have secretaries, secretary of state means equivalent to our foreign minister, these secretaries are not an elected members but selected by pre3sident himself personally but they have to be approved by senate
