Jannat, produced by Mukesh Bhatts Vishesh Films will be releasing on May 16th 2008. It was supposed to release on May 9th 2008, but the producers have pushed the date by one week because they dont want it to clash with the collections of Tashan which will release on April 25, 2008.

'Jannat', the latest offering from the Vishesh Films stable, releases on May 16, 2008. It is a film about the rampant match-fixing in cricket. Produced by Mukesh Bhatt (brother of Mahesh Bhatt) and directed by debutant Kunal Deshmukh, the film stars Emraan Hashmi (the nephew of the Bhatt brothers) and debutante Sonal Chauhan. Pritam is the music director of the film.
