I was just wondering , if hard work is the only key to the success , then all the donkeys would have been our bosses ? Hard work with vision , mission & wisdom are the real gateway ...... alone hard work , ,may be a fluke but not fool proof

No body has ever acheived much without SMART WORK. Hard work is selling your time , and its rewards may be in hours. While In SMART WORK you tend to acquire exponential results with in that frame of time. There is basic differance in quality of work. I am not talking of ~Asho k Jadeja`s, or Harsad Mehta,or Abdul karim telgi`s smart work But legally defined activities. By which people have acheived huge successess.
Ingredients or recipe of SMART WORK are A little bit of extra knowlege, A little bit of home work(planning),A little bit of risk,a little extra vision to see beyond present,a perfect timing,A 3d vision to analyse and grab opportunities,Exploitationary abilities.Faith gaining abilities, and extra Manageraial expertise. And that`s the way DHIRUBHAIs have been created. I am not talking of Birlas and Tatas, who have thrived much in protected environmrnt(which is not available today)

I do not know anyone who has gotten to the top without hard work. That is the recipe. It will not always get you to the top, but it will get you pretty near. ~
