Does Sibal know what he is saying? No minutes of the meetings and then decisions taken and informed to the PM. does he feel that we are all fools here?
Yes, we were fools to reelect these rogues to the parliament, but then we are not dumb people to think that ministries can make laws without even minuting the recordings of the meetings, wherein decisions were taken.- Is it believable ?

Some how this innings of Congress has been going very rough for them. They are being wrong footed everyday on everything they do. They have been shameless too. Any lesser mortals would have resigned enmass by now
