Munjal Showa Ltd.,a Gurgaon-based shock absorber manufacturer, does not have a chief executive officer. It is headed by a non-excutuve chairman and promoter-director (Brijmohan Lall Munjal), a whole-time managing director (Yogesh Chander Munjal) and a whole-time joint managing director (Kazuhiro Nishioka). The company also has three directors (Vinod Kumar Agrawal, Dr. Krishan Chand Sethi and Anil Kumar Vadehra) and three promoter-directors (Hiroshi Ijima, Ashok Kumar Munjal and Pankaj Munjal).
