This issue is as complicated as choosing the best "Fund Manager" for your own money. As in case of your money management, you have to get yourself educated about the neurological disease, do research, indentify the risks / benefits of different treatment methods, and finally choose the doctor or hospital according to your pocket. Usually the Tertiary care Govt Hospitals ( Like PGI, NIMHANS or AIIMS) are best in many cases.
