One more war with Pakistan and India would need more n more population. Pakistan would be wiped away. Yes not a good solution but this could happen any time. Other measures would bring result when it would be too late. Anyhow, we need to work on other solutions.

One child norm ,,and awareness and education so that no child marriage or early marriages ,,no male child preference ,,and good and emancipated society that treat all without discrimination ,,for that human rights -sensitization programmes and strict law and honest implementation is necessary ,,,

After independence our PM nehru urged people for family planning people never responded even Jrd Tata tried in his company encourage employee to practice and got response awareness was not promoted and could not enforce like China secondaly we could not utilise huge manpower as a source of power and to utilise for construcive work we failed there but now people adopt thet
