Iron Maiden the renowned heavy metal band was formed by Steve Harris in 1975. He is bassist and a primary composer of the band. Apart from being a bassist and composer he does works on music production/mixing, music video directing/editing, live music video directing/editing.

Steve Harris is a British bassist and the founder of the heavy metal band Iron Maiden. He founded the band in Leyton, a locality in the East End of London, on December 25 in the year 1975. Harris' bandmates are Bruce Dickinson, Dave Murray, Nicko McBrain, Adrian Smith and Janick Gers.

Iron Maiden are an English heavy metal band from Leyton in the East End of London. The band were formed in 1975 by bassist Steve Harris, formerly a member of Gypsy's Kiss and Smiler. Iron Maiden are one of the most successful and influential bands in the heavy metal genre, having sold over 100 million albums worldwide without significant mainstream or radio support. The band won the Ivor Novello Awards for international achievement in 2002, and were also inducted into the Hollywood Rock Walk during their tour in the United States in 2005. Iron Maiden are influenced by Thin Lizzy, UFO, Wishbone Ash and Deep Purple amongst others.

As far as I know Iron Maidens are Golda Mayer, Margaret Thatcher and Indira Gandhi!
