BPo are very uncertain about there business at any point in time they can shut down as there are examples like SERCO as the word growth is far from bpo cause as per us and uk has stop outsourcing so probably it not working for india ..................

Growth ...yes.... stability not yet...
As the BPO business is not uniformy speard and is centered around US & Europe stability is yet far .Once the business is uniform and India still retains a good % we can also be stable
