North Korea is under a dictatorial regime. The nation is run by Kim Jong-il who has been in office since 1994. He is known to be the worst dictator in the world. He prefers to give collective punishment, which means if one person commits a crime, three generations of his family are punished. The communist leader lives in seclusion but his prowess is felt over. His twin passions are women and movies. He had actually abducted actress Choe Un Heee and a Korean director to make a film for him.
