Talent is a matter related to mental faculty ..... hence there can be no gender bias as to possession of talent....if get chance any person of any gender can prove his/her worth.....

In my view, WOMEN folks are more talented. Take example of a house wife - She tactfully manages the household budget and takes care of everybody's needs.
