You said hottest . So let us first delete Neeta Ambani and Nes Wadia. Because this terms are not applicable to them. The bollywood characters should be considered because their total endeavour is towards this in order to survive. First delete SRKs name. The hero who shed highest quantity of tears in his career that will put the ladies in embarrassment. By some ridiculous mannerism he may have still kept himself afloat in Bollywood, it is IPL which now carrying him more than he giving something back to IPL. It is just like a good enterprising businessman that he looks now instead of being a hot commodity. Now only two girls - Shilpa and Preity. I think Preiti is more into public view because of IPL. As an actress she is in the dug out of Bollywood. Shilpa - Beauty and manipulator - In spite of thousand odds she maneuvered things so well in the Big Brothers, that she got world-wide appreciation.
