When we get complacent & think that we have achieved it all it gets to our head & brings about our downfall..Vinod kambli & Sachin tendulkar both were successful intially but kambli got it into his head which he couldnt handle while Sachin is marching along as he has been a humble & down to earth person by never letting it getting to his head!!

When he / she is not balanced like TIGER WOODS. I want to leave some facts about Manchester United Foot baller: United defender Jonny Evans intends to remain grounded - as he wants to stay on the right side of Sir Alex Ferguson. At 21, Evans is making giant strides at Old Trafford but the Northern Ireland international will not rest on his laurels. He is fully aware Ferguson is constantly looking for young players to improve and not be distracted by off-field activities. Evans, who gives an insight into life behind the scenes at United on BBC Northern Irelands Season Ticket programme on Wednesday, has enormous respect for the United manager. He said: It is very rare for him to say anything bad about his players. He always gives them 100% backing. It is great to have that from a manager. You have to be on your toes as well as you cannot upset him. You have seen what he has done in the past. If you you are taking your eye off the ball, he will get rid of you. He treats everyone as ...more

When a person gets undeserving success and feels that s/he is not worth of it... If we give respect worthy of a cap/headgear (deserving person) to a shoe (undeserving person) the shoe is bound to lose it\'s bearings...

When one gets carried away with ones success and gets too busy enjoying the life, money and attention success brings along with it and forgets why he got it in the first place- \" Hard work and dedication\". Like in cricket we can see how success went to the head of Vinod Kambli and so his career took a downward turn inspite of him being very talented. Sachin is the exact opposite. In spite of being a legend he is always grounded and humble and never gets carried away.
