Finally UP Chief could find time attended the Tervi (Thirteenth day ceremony) of Nirbhaya( Jyothi Singh Pandey) at Ballia U.P and paid a DD of Rs Twenty Lacs to her relatives; In a rough estimate already Rs Fifty t oSixty Lacs must have been spent by the Govt for her treatment at AIIMS and Singapore !! Thanks to the Media Glare this had happened- But can you think of so many other Nirbhaya's whose cases never comes out in the open ?? In UP's Noida ,ten days ago similar case had happened but she was murdered then and there !!! What happened then ??

The best way to deal is punish all the culprits with death. not only in this case , but also in all cases. the last known case was that of dhananjaa chatterjee who was hanged to death for a similar crime.
