Q.
"Maharashtra's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), which had summoned Haywood for questioning on Monday afternoon, was at a loss to explain how a person under investigation in a terror case managed to slip away. In fact, this has led to speculation that the Indian government allowed him to leave the country. The US consulate in Mumbai refused to say anything on the case citing rules."
CAN A SUSPECT FLEE SO EASILY ?

Many suspects regularly flee. Have you heard the names of Dawood, Memon his parents and all types of Shakeels and Mirchis ? They fled India after killing hundreds of people. Forget about Haywood.
