Prior accept the the reports of the commission's we need to focus which are the private investors benefits by that report, if any Business tycoon or moguls rely on these type of favors then it's artificial right next we have to seek top to bottom and across analyzed reports also to keep vigil or bribery / corrupt free committee fact find like independent bodies ( non govt public figures)
