World Meteorology Organisation which is for weather monitoring gives the idea the regional Met offices gives the names. This is all just because to trace their route maps in future courses. The IMD gave the present one as Neelam and that USA one given as Sandy by their Met.

" Neelam " ,the cyclone suppose to hit cuddalore ,Tamil Nadu or Nellore , AP. tomorrow afternoon at speed od 100kms .hour.
