Sardar Milkha Singh. the only Indian athelete and a bare-foot runner who has broken an olympic record. He defeated the Fastest Pakistani runner Abdul Khaliq who had won a 100m Gold Medal at Tokyo Asian Games 1958 in the year 1962. For his fastest and speedy performance, the former Pak President General Ayub Khan named him 'The Flying Sikh', a name that became immortal forever in the history of Indian Athletics.
