Its a totally different scenario here and there...
so it would be a difficult option as a choice....
In an advanced setup like USA...where the general awareness is more...
where the constituents are more educated about their rights....
vis-a-vis India's experiment with democracy...
where the majority population is rural and quite unaware of our parliamentary functioning...
their rights as voters and still consider the mafia-type politician as their Mai-Baap....
and a situation where the PM needs to bow to the dictats of the Party Head...
So left with no choice but to accept each of them as qualified in their own situations !
