Hi,
I think of the first time I got a xerox copy with much awe.I was a teenager then and I had found work at a reputed firm.I had to submit my passport copy in the HR.I was directed to the xerox room by the office clerk.
The room was dingy with plenty of files stacked on tall shelves and papers, magazines scattered all around.

I did not know how to operate the machine and was scared to ask for help.I stood there hoping that somebody more knowledgeable than me would come by for a copy.I didnt have to wait long. The office boy itself came by and sensed my helplessness and offered to take the copy.
When I saw how easy it is to operate the machine,I thought 'that's it?"
I did feel ashamed for not knowing something as simple as taking a xerox.
Now,when I think of it,I console myself "there is a first time for everything in life!":-)
