Get a good book on training 1st . A book by Di Kemp prefferably. Next get a book on Soft Skill's. Soft Skill's is easy and should not take time for you to get to know or train. Dunno the 6 soft skill's cause I never went deep into them, but I was one of the best in quality as far as I worked in BPO (voice-us,uk and aus).
