Bread and Butter Pudding or Summer Pudding. Bread and Butter Pudding comprises slices of bread in layers with sultanas and cinnamon sprinkled over with milk poured over all and baked in the oven. Summer Pudding is layers of bread lining the Pudding bowl and mixed berries, raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants etc. placed in the centre with sugar and spice and baked in the oven. Both served with cream or custard they are delicious.
