It depends on how u take it !
Basically joy and exhilaration are qualities of life, that we see so clearly in animals and children. Adults create misery by negative attitude and getting too much addicted to MIND. We just have to take life as it comes, without expectations, ambitions, competitions, brooding over past, and negative elements like greed, envy, possessiveness, attachments etc

Life - god has given us sometimes we feel it as too light and enjoy sometimes we feel it heavy, that is serious. all which we have to take alike whether it is light, r weight, it is our luck/ fate to face through out our life, believing that god won't let us down, if we r a harmless one to others except doing our own work allotted to us from god.

Starting with a Daniela Gallo quote Life: a cycle. A series of events, meetings, and departures. Friends discovered, others lost, Precious time, wastes away. Big droplet tears are shed for yesterday, but are dried in time for tomorrow, until all that remain are foggy, broken memories of a happy yesteryear

Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...
it's about learning how to dance in the rain
When we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives
but are grateful for the abundance that's present....
we experience heaven on earth
