Fashionable diets lead to short term weight loss
If you in a hurry to lose weight and opt for one of those fashionable diets you need to be aware that the weight loss is only for short while. Most of the diets lead to highly reduced calories intake which aids only in water loss and muscle loss. Its difficult to exercise efficiently when you are on a low calorie diet as it slows down your metabolic rate and thus weight loss will get harder.
