What is an order and suggestion if it has no power to mend the Government and cant punish the offender in equal term of a common man is the real tragedy of Indian judicial Administration.

SC M U S T have no locus-standi / authority to transgress / suggest /order on the issue unless a specific PLI is filed in SC

Yes , S.C is doing a great justice The court had passed the direction while dealing with a public interest litigation filed by civil rights group PUCL on rampant corruption in Public Distribution System (PDS) besides rotting of food grains in FCI godowns. .It is commendable .
