All political disputes between nations is settled by the United Nations Security Council.
However all legal disputes between member nations is settled by the International Court of Justice also called the the World Court .
It is the court of the United Nations. It is located in The Hague in Netherlands( Holland).
It was established in 1945 by the UN Charter and it began functioning in 1946.
English and French are used during its proceedings.
The International court also gives legal advice to all the agencies of the UN including the UN General Assembly.
