According to me fletcher should be replaced by any other coach.he is responsible for all this.before fletcher australia's justin langer approached to BCCI to become Kirsten's successor.as fletcher poor successor of kirsten,he should be replaced by langer.

This b s trd does not have the cability to coach a team like India. His shotrcoming was evident in West Indies where he could not guide the team properly. I think this could be a bigger conspiracy where the work started from west indies. remember the last matches how india did not force a win. no coach worth his name would say that nothing more could be done. An able guru never says die, even if the disciples lose all hope he always tries to encourage his students. indian team has always been highly talented but least confident. this english man is taking money from india and working for the british team. Has totally demoralised the team and taken out all the fight from our boys. to counter this dhoni must dhoni and tesm must boycott him right from this moment and take chareg himselves.
