Why girls are given priority in office every where girls are given advantage whether it is office where girls are getting same salary as men but given less job compared to them

Sir, this is 21st century .males&females have same rights .as u ask 1girl's presentation is better then men. They deals the costomer easily and with pasance.

I dont think what u r saying is cent percent right.
Look at Chanda Kochar and Indira Nooyi... these gals are loaded with work , responsibilities and challenges..
If you are seeing such gals and the boss' who give less work to females , such lot of men/women do so for their personal interest and do not work towards interest of organisation.
