If it is once in a way, you are not getting sleep, causes may due to certain issues like family problem or office problem etc. In this case, don't do any thing, problem will remain for one day or two days. If it is a chronic problem, you need to do regular physical exercises. Gradually, you will become normal to get regular sleep.
