Whistle-blower, an IAS Officer who did not toe with Vadra's shady dealings has been transferred by the Haryana Govt. evidently an unambiguous action to penalise an upright officer for discharging his duties in the best public interest.
Had there been a Jan Lokpal Bill in place, such an (unwarranted) anomaly would never have taken place, he would have been rewarded suitably with an endorsement in favour, in his service book..
