While standing on the first floor of a building and watching at the stairs : what do you find - whether the steps of the stairs are going down or coming up ?

Its the same like glass half filled or half empty so if we have a positive outlook we would see them as steps & move forward. Only the one who has time to while away would think about them this way!!

Steps of the floors does not go down or come up, it remains where it is connecting two floors. Only we use it to climb-up and down.
Only people hvng problem with their perception look at them as coming-up or going-down or both and get confused.
