Is Mehendi Hassan a poor man !? I don't think so. This is a blatant and too obvious a move to be ignored on lines of 'appeasement'. This may sound good, but is a bit over-done thing.
However, if Mehendi Hassan is all that poor, then I think Pakistan govt should be the one to help him out in his time of trouble. Not govt of India as such !!

It is a good gesture- a humanitarian act To help others especially sick and poor ,irrespective of caste, cred, religion or Nationality is an act of highest order and should be commended instead of reacting negatively It is a natural law that good action begets good reaction. Let thousands of such good actions bloom on either side for mutual benefit.
